Danceflow is a style that focuses on floor work, fluidity and movement control. It develops the ability to move with ease between the standing and floor levels, using momentum, body weight and breathing.
Inspired by contemporary dance, breakdance and micro-acrobatics, it combines technique, coordination and improvisation, while promoting a safe and sustainable practice. Rooted in an organic, musical energy, it enables you to enrich your movement vocabulary and develop a fluid, dynamic and expressive dance.
