Mariya graduated in 2008 from the Voronezh Academy of Classical Dance in Russia. She then joined the “Kremlin Ballet” (Moscow) and took part in world tours, including Diaghilev’s Seasons in Paris. At the same time, she competed in professional ballet competitions where she won several distinctions.
She then joined the Saint Petersburg Academic Ballet Theater, where she danced neoclassical repertoires under the direction of Boris Eifman, while participating in international tours.
In 2015, Mariya devoted herself to teaching and obtained her state diploma from the Rosella Hightower School of Dance (Cannes). She taught in Morocco, then in France, where she directed the “Le Studio” school in Valencia from 2020, training students of all levels and preparing some for competitions, with many successes.
In 2024, she moved to the Geneva region to continue teaching classical dance in several establishments.
