REGISTRATION
Registrations are made online. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment of 50% of the course fee. Confirmation of registration is sent on receipt of the deposit. The balance must be paid no later than 15 days before the start of the course.
For pre-professional courses, external students are asked to enclose a passport photo and a photo in dance costume with their registration.
For payment of the deposit and the balance of the course, an invoice will be sent to you by email. Without payment of the deposit, registration will not be accepted.
TEENS, ADULTS
& PRE-PROFESSIONAL
As the number of students per class is limited, it is compulsory to choose your courses in order to register. Any change of course or level is only possible on the first day of the course, subject to availability. For the pre-professional course, teachers reserve the right to change students’ course levels.
On the first day of the course, students must go to the secretariat to register and collect their course card. The school reserves the right to cancel a course or modify the course schedule.
For minors, parental authorization is required. The school does not supervise minors outside the classroom.
Missed classes are non-refundable. Any course started is due in full unless a medical certificate is presented, in which case missed classes will be carried over to another course.
CHILDREN
WELCOME
From 08:30 on the first day of the course. On other days, children can arrive as early as 9:00 in the morning. They are taken care of and supervised all day until the end of their lessons (maximum support until 5:00 p.m.). For lunch, please prepare a picnic for them (it is possible to heat dishes in the microwave). We ask you to tell us if your child needs to take medication or if he or she is allergic to any food or anything else.
OUTFITS
Classic
Tights, leotard (or t-shirt for boys), demi-pointes and bun for girls.
Jazz, Contemporary, Theater, Singing, Circus
Leggings/shorts, t-shirt, socks.
Street, Hip-Hop
Clean non-marking sneakers.
Tap shoes
Shoes provided on site.
Registration required for the full week. The school reserves the right to cancel a course or modify the course of the course. Parental authorization is required. Missed classes are not refundable. Any course started is due in full unless a medical certificate is presented during the week of the course, in which case, missed classes will be carried over to another course.
Image rights
Unless otherwise stated, the management reserves the right to use the images photographed or filmed during the courses for its communication.
REDUCED PRICE
THE REDUCED RATE APPLIES:
- to Dance Area students
- to students registering for two internships during the summer
- to people from the same family registered for the same course
- groups of students from a school registering for at least three lessons per day (minimum 6 people to form a group, registrations must reach us together).
CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation by the intern, the school will deduct from the amount of the internship:
- 20% if the cancellation is made up to 15 days before the start of the course
- 50% within 15 days of the course
The balance will be transformed into a credit.
Unless a medical certificate is presented during the week of the course, in which case the amount paid will be refunded in full.
In the event of cancellation of the course by Dance Area, the course will be fully refunded.
INSURANCE
Each trainee must be personally insured. Dance Area cannot be held liable for any bodily or material injury caused or suffered by a trainee. The management declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft.
ACCOMMODATION
& CATERING
Hotel, Airbnb and youth hostels nearby. A list of possible accommodation nearby can be provided on request. Restaurants and shops nearby.
